My private lessons: Professional and Friendly

I have been teaching since 1998, first in Paris then in London since 2005.
Both my parents and my brother have been teachers: it runs in the family!

How much are the lessons?

For one person, between £60 and £100 per hour.
For a private lesson in London, the cost for a THREE hours session is £240 ; TWO hours : £180 ; the cost for a single hour is £100.
Prices are reduced depending on the frequency of the lessons (two times 3 hours of lessons in one week, 6 hours, costs £420 (£70 per hour), and three times 3 hours, 9h, costs £540 (£60 per hour)
Otherwise, for group lessons : the fee varies depending on the location of the lesson, the number of hours required and the number of students in the group.
Please contact me with all those details, and please have in mind a budget of how much you are ready to spend, I will adapt to it..

Magic tuition

Each student receives a complimentary professional deck of cards!

Who can learn?

I am happy to teach the art of performing magic, but only to serious students who are ready to rehearse!
Anyone above 5 years old can learn (even the French!), no skills required.
I have great response with children and care about them : I passed the First Aid Certificate for childcarers with the British Red Cross in 2008.
Moreover I am CRB checked (done in 2008) as I tought a weekly magic class in a school between 2008 and 2010.
Lessons will be adapted to your needs, tastes and learning speed. At the end of each lesson, you will know new magic tricks to perform for your family and friends.

Math tuition

I obtained a diploma in mathematics and computer science (MIAS) after two years at University Paris VI.
I am also a member of Mensa, and can help children from 6 years old to 16 years old with their science studies.
Most people are "bad at maths" because they "hate maths".
That's only because they haven't received the inspiration and motivation to learn science properly.
I help my students with a non-academic approach which stimulates the will to learn.

French tuition

You will be taught by someone who loves his mother tongue and will be thrilled to help you or your children with the correct use of the French language, or its pronunciation.

Music tuition

I have studied music (and played the piano) for 13 years, obtained a "Diploma of End of Musical Studies" in 1998.
I will be happy to teach beginners (first and second learning year) how to read music, play some classic piano tunes, or practice their hearing (I have perfect pitch).

Bonus tuition (no official qualification)

I was first booked as a balloon modeler, and can teach you the basics of balloon modeling.
I have been a chess addict for a few years, my ELO is approx 2000. I can teach anyone how to play chess as well as a club player (game studies, puzzle solving, etc.).
I can also teach you the basics of juggling!
